Look at my face

How can you deny me

An extra yummy treat

Or maybe even three

Look into my eyes

What do you see

All the love I'll share

After an extra fish for tea

Listen to me purr

A song of love and joy

As you open up my cupboard

To hand over my fuzzy toy

Feel my woolly body

As I rub against your shin

Honestly, I do so like you

Now get me tuna from the tin

I know what people say

And yes it maybe true

A cat is quite the expert

At cupboard love you

But when all is said and done

And you're all tucked up in bed

With a treat anywhere in sight

It's me that snuggles atop your head

I don't know why he feel's this rage, but rage he feels for sure,

Cause every single charity bag when posted through the door,

Is torn to shreds, chewed up and spread on every piece of floor,

He has a grudge that's plain to see, and everyday there's more,

I really wish that I knew why, it isn't plain to me,

Though I am sure when I get home a pile of bags they'll be.

Bascapades: Dirty Boy

My dog she has decided I'm as dirty as can be,
She has to wash the smell away,
And offered her service for free.





She licked me on the head,
She licked me on the belly,
She tried to lick me down below,
But it was far to smelly.

My dog she has decided now I'm as clean as I can be,
She covered me in Eau de Dog,
I wish she'd let me be!

Bascapades: Sleeping Puss

I can sleep most anywhere,

Why yes I cover things in hair,

But that's the price to pay you see

To live with a cat as lovely as me.

If your undies are furry from me,

Your clothes are hairy as can be,

When your food has extra fluff,

Yes, living with me can be tough.

But remember when your sad,

I'll cuddle you and make you glad,

That while I'm furring up your thong,

At least it's soft when you put it on!

I'm sitting on the sofa oh so daintily

But call me for my dinner and see how fast I can be

You may think you're speedy and try to win the race

But when food is in the offing I will pick up the pace

You charge up the stairs way ahead of me

But give me 10 seconds and I'll win again just see!
